how do you handle your anger whether its big or small?with your loving partner or a friend...i wanna know how people deal with this lifetime battle that occurs every now and then.

Ravenladyj before I got on my antidepressants I had a HUGE EVIL anger streak in me and would generally flip out and get violent if I was set off...for the most part now though, I usually just go off on a verbal rant and pace alot LOL...its kinda funny after the fact...

mrrubia If i got really angry i need to have s e x in order for me to calm down. I know some of you wont agree with me but that's how i handle anger management :)
