Anyone here get panic attacks?

I seem to be getting a phase of panic attacks at the moment. With me my chest seems to close up and I find it hard to breathe normally, but if coincentrate I can relax it all out but it comes back as soon as my attention wanders...

TWOGUNZ I know excactly how you feel lately ive been Getting them every day and it drives me insane for no apparent reason they just come my doc tries to gives me meds but I refuse to take them ive learned the more you read up on it the better you are at coping with...

TWOGUNZ socom 2 is the best out of all the socom games made the maps are the best thing I like about the game the cheating is what bothers me the most but did you see the previews for the new socom for the ps3 its called socom confrontation and the graphics look sick...

TWOGUNZ currently I have two cell phones the first is a nextel i870 that I use for the walkie talkie second one I use is the iPhone wich is the one I'm using right this Min.the internet is crazy on this phone.

TWOGUNZ I have an iPhone and the upsides are the Internet the Internet is so incredible I sometimes forget I'm on cell phone.there are somethings they can ad in the firmware update like copy & paste,deleting more than one email at a time would be nice also the volume...

TWOGUNZ same thing here i was never claustrophobic until i visited my sister out in california she took me to the local mall and we get in an elevator and what happens next was the scariest thing that ever happened to me we had an earthquake first time ever...
