ok.. we have had a discussion recently asking how to lose weight.. i am sure everyone faces that problem, but i have a different issue in life. i cant gain weight!! though i know most of you must be laughing at me for asking such...

txtmarina I think you should increase your sugar content...Chocolates, sweet dishes like kheer(rice pudding - rice makes u gain weight too), custard..etc.. When you cook rice...dont drain the water..take only so much water as required by the rice to be fully...
