Is there a reason why children don't or can't speak?

I know too friends who both have toddlers around the same age that are nearly three years of age the little girl chats away and talks about how much she likes different things and such but the little boy is yet to say anything...

uanthony I have 6 children and 3 of them are toddlers, I think they do most the time what they want. Well try to, but I have a set of twins boy and girl, and I feel kids are unique and special in their own way. Especially babies and toddlers.

Life Today

Life today is so crazy so much is going on, so many changes from the 1990's. Kids are growing so fast, doing things so fast. I pray I get to where I need to be in the next 5 years, so that I know my children will be somewhat right...
