I am thinking of what to prepare on Saturday-- it's hubby's birthday. Since I want to be practical, I want to come up with an inexpensive but delicious dish that he would definitely enjoy. Any suggestions?

ultipost I would cook something that is very different than normal. Here is an ideas for a very different appetizer: Crepe with queen's ragout. Get 2 lbs of chicken leg, fry in (olive) oil until brown on both sides, reduce the heat and let simmer for 20 minutes....

ultipost Hi Mentalward. It's easy. Just put them in cold water just after boiling. If you want to serve them warm, take them out after 30 seconds and peeling is a breeze.Otherwise wait a little longer but peel them right after you take them out of the water.
