umai369 for landed prop's i prefer to rent, as the installment normally very high due to it's premium in price. only if given the choice of renting apartment/condo, i'll buy for myself though

it is only 13yrs left. politicians keep on saying that V2020 can be achieved. Many of us very confident with it, but many still cynical. are we ready??? or are you ready??? wht u think??? can we achieve it?

umai369 it might be true that in the end of the day the house will be yours. but provided if u have some better place for that extra money than pay premium to own house, it still worthwhile renting than owing issit?
