usmcwife2007 i think it should be left up to indivduals. if you decide you want a divorce, maybe court required counseling, but after that how ever long it takes to get done with the division of assets. if your unhappy you won't magically be happy with a divorce but...

usmcwife2007 well i am a stay at home wife, so he always pays. but when i was dating i never had to pay. i guess it is whatever both party is able to do, or is comfortable with.
