utsadetti I like chilli food very much as long as the taste of chilli is not too strong. I don't like hot food which is hot or fresh from the oven. So far, there is no evidence of chilli food is good for or bad to health.

utsadetti Well, the most fruit i like best is banana, manggo, orange, papaya, grape. But when i feel my body is not fit, i take fruit of red guava. It's been known that red guava has the highest vitamin c between other fruit.
