my frnd weights around 200 pounds and i badly out of shape and feels very inferior to come out he regularly does walking and running but is not decrease weight what should he do??

vedu143 great advice there yup now i remember he didnot get a medical checkup,he should hav done it a long time back.........he doesnot have a balanced diet instead he eats lots of junk food rather than.......a balanced diet.......

vedu143 yes as u said there is no misunderstanding in love but wat if it occurs?? everyday is not sunday.................. if understanding did exsist as u said in the first place there is no reason to get saparated...........

vedu143 yes sure but people want only nowardays and as u said i would leave the palce immediately if iam not satisfies but for a student to adopt to a culture of a different country would take some time........really difficult too..
