I just stepped on some web pages which advocated on weight loss and numerous other health benefits on having apple cider vinegar,either in liquid form or tablets...Do they really work?In my life,i had never used it in my cooking...

venkat2002 I prefer to try ACV than fucus,cozven if it does no good,its no harm either...whereas fucus has many side effects like hyper thyroidism,increased pulse rate and BP.Side effects Source:Wikepedia

why dont people respond to those discussions which are really knowledgeable and awakening...i really wonder..people never respond to discussions which make them think a little harder..and i dunno whether its just coz of laziness...
