Can we live without sleeping?

I think we cant live without sleeping and i will sleep around 10 hours in a day .

venkytummala Hello, It is the true that we cannot live without sleep.But if we practice meditation we need not sleep 10 hours.only 5 hours sleep is sufficient.Because we get enromous energy while doing meditation.
