What is the main thing that makes you want to lose weight? Is it the public's reaction to you, or is it something inside you that tells you you're just not in shape? I think it's a little bit of both for me.

vernonteenatural yeah i agree. by doing lots of things and start to move around and be active, you can lose weight. that is a very efficient and cheap way. and you can finish lots of work! 2 in 1 solution. Voila!

I think most people have the misconception that fat equals poor health. What do you think? Although I am fat - my BMI is above average but so far I do not have any blood pressure problems, diabetes or heart trouble. This is not...

vernonteenatural i recomend your husband to be careful, though he may seem to be very fit for now. coz he is still young... the "disase " can strike anytime, if you dont take care. it wil be better for your husband to shade off some weight.
