smellsyummy Congratulations! It's wonderful that you already lost so much weight. If you are at risk for diabeties, I would watch you carbs and sugar intake over fat. You shouls also watch your sodium though, especially if you have high blood pressure in your family...

fpd1955 I didn't know Vivica A. Fox was on Ugly Betty and I watch it every week. I do know Vanessa Williams plays a snooty executive on the show. Perhaps you have Vanessa confused with Vanessa?!

Barichula I love Vivicas part on Ugly Betty it fits her well because I can definately see her as a high fashion snot:-). She is just so beautiful that it makes you think she's going to be a witch naturally.

goffclan4 I have been on Cafemom since Jan '07 and I love it!!! I am a SAHM and this is the link to the outside world for me. I can talk with other moms about things that are going on in our lives and also get advise from the more experienced moms....I recommend this...
