Kyla Matton Osborne I'm not really sure how newbie status is determined, but I suspect activity has something to do with it. It's probably a combination of factors.

Mohammed Karjatwala What I would consider a newbie is how much a person is making at the end of the day. A new person may be making much more than one who is her since years.

Teep11 Somethings aren't worth our time but the phrase doesn't seem to be used as much. Sometimes we may view sonethings as not being worth our time but that isn't always the case.
