Does studying make you sleepy?

Studying makes me sleepy sometimes... that is why instead of studying I just go to bed. Maybe I find the topic boring..or maybe it's because I study at night. I try to fight my sleepiness by drinking water or washing...

vicky311 yes i feel very sleepy while in study ,but i have a solution to avoid my sleeping ,i just made one cup of coffee and and study till late night
