vijay12 I used to read when there was no net.Now a days all my reading is on the net.To overcome stress I read the great Hindu Epic,"Ramayan",or hear it sung,melodiously.I pray and perform breathing exercises in the morning and evening.

I started taking vitamins the 1 all day vitamins and I gained 20 pounds. I guess it gives all of what your body needs and what ever you eat, it goes to storage. That's the way I look at it, is this true let me know.
