i brush just once a day early in the morning that is when i don't eat non-veg food the days i do eat non-veg i brush twice a day i even consume mouth fresheners and chewing gum they help a lot..

vikram3101989 Yes you are right AVG , AVira and even Avast tells that deleting these files is the only solution but i am still searching for the right solution in GooGLE and i ma hoping i may save my files thanks for the reply post keep mylotting.

vikram3101989 I must tell you even AVira did what AVG did so i have not installed both of them again i have updated MAlwarebytes and scanned and just now have not found any threats i will try other remedies and i will post if it works thanks for the reply keep mylotting.
