vincentsuen I do not think to have a baby in 40 years old or later is a good idea. unless you have money to employ a helper to bring up your child, otherwise you will have no energy to bring up your child. it is not a easy job, and young children are so demanding.

vincentsuen how many hours are not important, the important thing is your heart feel relax and without worrying anything. Even you have two or more hours to relax or not doing anything, just sit there, if your heart not relax, you won't be better off of this two hours...
