vinmah never. i dont consume anything that has expired. its dangerous and the item may have become poisonous. i never risk my and my family's health for the sake of money.

vinmah i dont fear heights and i love to travel by flights. but yes i fear water ans thats y i m not able to enjoy beaches or swimming. but i think its ok to have one or the other weakness. ofcourse you can't be perfect.

vinmah go to benal batim. this is where only foreigners go. it is most beautiful and clean. It has big Nanu resort. we went there on bikes and enjoy the way a lot.

vinmah y dont go to any dermatologist or any general physician to get an idea of your problem. i think thats the best way to get rid of the problem than trying any unknown creams
