virdell1 Great advice! I never drink beer or wine. I avoid cheese. I try to eat only home cooked meals so I'm not eating preservatives or MSG. Thanks for the suggested link.

virdell1 Thanks phoenix for the comment. I guess I am upset with the birth mother because she encourages my daughter to call her Mom and now calls my daughter "her" daughter. I wonder why it is that NOW she is so willing to have a daughter!
