virtualmirage No you set your own price on any sponsored posts. But in order to ask for a good amount your blog has to have a certain amount of readers. For our smaller blog I have one rate and for the bigger one I have another.

virtualmirage I am in California and things are pretty expensive. Once I lost my job a few years back we moved to a smaller inland town where rents are pretty inexpensive compared to other towns. The town is pretty yucky though and I would love to move the heck out of here....
