vishnuparayil Yes for sure. Yoga is also about training your mind to get concentration and to obtain mental balance by practising postures ..Also yoga emphasize the importance on positive thinking.

i recently bought a shoe from a local retail shop... i want to know if it is fake or not.. the sole is made of plastic like material... but it has got looks...

vishnuparayil I paid about 1500 Indian Rupee for it under discount and it has got no defects st present. But its sole is plastic which is not usual with nike shoes, i heard. So what is ur opinion about the shoe? Do you think it is genuine?
