How many liters do you drink for a day??

most Expert tell us to drink 1-2 liters for a day. I think they're right, the more i drink waters th more i feel so health! i drink minimal 1 liter a day and average 1-3 liters for a day.

I prefer to go to a mountain than a beach. I love beach but thinking that i cant swim, and the weather is hot, so i prefer choose a mountain.. How 'bout you? ^_^
