I just got to thinking why do we have different time zones? I don't see why we have them what is the point? I mean it would also be a lot less confusing for people to say hey ill be in new york at 5 it would start to get confusing...

Why do people type in # like that is is so hard to read and confusing why can't they just type normal. I have no idea who even started this and it gets pretty annoying really fast if you've read a lot of it before.
