I've been running about 3 weeks now and I run about 30 minutes five times a week. How many times a week is an okay amount, as I've heard you shouldn't run every day? Any runners-how much do you run a day/week?

wa_sted Thanks a lot, congratulations on doing a marathon! Before I started running I guess I was in average shape, I used to do some exercise and I wasn't overweight or anything and I started pretty slow as not to injure myself. Thanks for your response!

wa_sted Yeah it probably is! Especially if they flirt back, it's very flattering :) Seeing as my boyfriend is not a flirter I think if he did flirt it would mean something, so I would think it was disrespectful. But on my part it is meaningless, when you want it to...

wa_sted Thanks a lot :) I think we are both very committed to each other and definitely want to get through university, so hopefully we will. I think it is just another hurdle in the relationship we have to overcome :)

wa_sted I agree your point of view. The reason I view flirting in my partner as a bad thing is exactly what you said, he doesn't flirt at all, I'm not sure he knows how to ^_^ So I guess if he did it could indicate there's something wrong.

wa_sted Downloading takes a while sometimes, so I usually watch them on www.tv-links.co.uk It has loads of stuff on here, especially a lot of Simpsons. However sometimes videos don't work, but apart from that it's great:) Hope I could help!
