Do you ever think that you think too much and sometimes wish you could stop?

I notice this can be a problem when I am going to sleep or trying to relax. What do you do about this?

waturmon I do have that problem...It's not thinking so much but the darn voices, I'm just kidding but I do have problems sleeping from thinking too much. I excersise before bed and drink non-cafinated herbal tea before bed and it does help.

Since i have given my husband anal has been wanting it more often what it up with that???? why can't we just have without anal.. I don't really like anal but i think that he does.. I gave him anal once and he seems to want it all...

Confused.... To stay or not to stay....?

Right now im confused... I have 2 young boys living with thier father but my relationship with thier father is not going anywhere. Before i caught him cheating me, for the whole time that we've been together he cheat me and now...

waturmon If the trust is gone then the trust is GONE. Trust is a very hard thing for me to forgive/forget. I've found thru life, once you can't trust anymore then it will NEVER happen again. The little things will add up and add up until it explodes. I hope this...
