wayz12 Check if your local library works with Overdrive.com or Netlibrary.com. If it does, then you will be able to download e-books to your Nook.

wayz12 Well, LKH's Anita Blake books are classified as urban fantasy. So if fantasy is not your thing, then it will not be to your liking.

I love audiobooks, I listen to them in the car while commuting. But is it really the same as reading the book? What do you think?

wayz12 Pigglies,You might have some mild form of dyslexia (a reading disorder) that prevents you from focusing. Most dyslexics have great memories and can absord information through audio better. That might explain why you can't enjoy reading..Just a thought.

wayz12 I guess, I belong to the opposite camp. Even though I don't completely espoused her ideology, I loved reading Atlas Shrugged. It's one book that I can read over and over.
