wdiong Yes, it's true that it's better to take healthy nutritious food everyday. It's just that sometimes we just don't take enough of certain vitamins or minerals that our bodies need :)

wdiong Yeah, guess I just have to let it run its course. It's a good way for losing weight as I just do not have any appetite. Will need to survive on clear liquids and crackers til I feel better.

wdiong So far, I have not vomitted but this morning had diarrhoea about three times. Thanks for your advice, will use a heating pad if the pain becomes unbearable.
