Amber Man, that's sad. Most of those hoarders I feel are like that because of emotional and mental problems. But that family just sounds argumentative and lazy.

Jennifer My mother does some sitting exercise, it's called Sit and Get Fit or something to that effect. She is very overweight so she is starting with that one and then she will move on to harder things. She is taking baby steps just like me, but with different things....

Jennifer I don't have the Wii (wish I did though, lol) but our neighbor across the street has it. We have played the sports ones and I think its possible to lose a little weight. The excercise program my mother does is less moving than that and she has lost 15 pounds...

kris182_2000 Take it from someone who has one, get one!! I've had mine for a few years now, and while I don't always use it, it has helped me to lose weight. I have the Wii Sports Resort, and that gives you options on exercises to do, but you'd need to buy a balance...

McCreeper I wouldn't say it would help you lose weight at a very efficient way, but it does do its job. Of course however, since you do say that you're starting out easy, it is much easier to transition into doing a more extensive exercise. Try boxing! it may not seem...
