i've been heart broken for 3 months now and still nothing has changed, i'm still in deep pain, and i'm sick of experiencing this..... can you help me guys?? whats the fastest way to mend a broken heart?

weelcah thank you for the sweet advices, hmmm... actually i'll try mediating exercise they say its the best way to mend a broken heart... hmmm... actualy the idea of looking for another doesn't sound pleasing to me, still dont want to take the risk of falling and...

weelcah wow... someone who's also experiencing my pain... hmm.. actually what i first did was get rid of the things he gave me, throw the pictures and delete all the sweet msg he sent me, at first it was kinda hard looking at those stop cause i remembered everything...

weelcah i am also into church activities but the org just stopped having its monthly activity which makes things harder for me... but thanks for the advices

weelcah which reminds me we kinda check out on each other once in while which makes things harder for me, but everytime we txt or send mssgs i always end up happy... is this a bad sign?... cause my friends told me if i reply to his txt and mssg, it will just make me...
