Does having a failed remark indicative that a student is stupid?

In my school, having a 5.0 is a failing grade and a lot of people received that grade in at least one subject before graduating.. Does it necessarily mean that getting that grade classify you as stupid?? What do you think? Have...

So i have a girlfriend right now but.. im not very good at listening and talking. Im kinda shy so it's hard to talk to people in general but sometimes when someone is talking to me, i get bored and kinda space out S @(-.-)@......
