willocfc Its hard to give a resonse without seeing the actual letter you are talkig about, but as you mentioned the " as seen on oprah" i would be 99% sure its a scam, just look on craigslist and u will see it posted everywhere

willocfc I pay around $55 dollars a month and thats for broadband. I used to have dial up which is much cheaper but now that i have broadband i wouldnt trade it for the world, i dont know how i lasted with dial up for so long as it is so slow
