windfield I won't change her name but I would like to add Rock on her name just to match her personality. I would like her name to be Rock Pink.

One fruit only

I like fruit all year round. It's especially wonderful in the summer when there is more to pick from. If there was only one fruit in the world available to you, what would you want that fruit to be?

windfield I grew up eating banana so I would have to choose this fruit. This fruit is nutritious since this is rich in phosphorus, vitamin A and C which are good anti-oxidants. Banana is also good for weight loss diet since it has no cholesterol.

Do you prefer to jog, walk, or vary it up?

I personally like walking better but I try to push myself to jog a bit as well to vary things. I recently did some research to find out if jogging was better for your health, but I discovered the results of walking and jogging...

windfield I prefer walking and it has been my number one anti-stress regimen. It's nice to walk early in the morning when the everything around us is peaceful and quite.
