craftcatcher Unfortunately if you aren't happy to start with, nothing or no one else can make you happy. Possessions, money, marriage, children aren't going to do it. All they can do is make life a little easier or keep you from being lonely but happiness is something else...

Andrealoves7and8 Both, being happy is something that is a journey and a destination, but from what I have heard of truly being happy, you have to do what you love and what you want to do. That is the key to happiness.

abbamoney i love myself, yes yes, i do. but before love others, i may have to think again. when i give something away, let's say love, i think carefully beforehand. if i think it's worthy to devote for a person, even if he turns out bad, i won't regret.

Malyck My 'system' seems organised to me, but I know that it's really not.. I normally check responses to my discussions when I first sign in, and keep a tab (I use firefox) with this in it, to refresh every few minutes, as I have turned email notifications...

ssh123 Just cut off the outflow of dipressed thoughts by engaging in someother activity which you are fond of. Like I read books. I take a long walk and plan things to get over the present depression.
