If you know what your problem is, what has triggered you, in order to use the right words to describe it, then it pretty much does, yeah. But for me, yes, it always works as long as I know what my problem is, because sometimes it's hard for me to figure it out...

Yes, deffinitely, using your own words works the best, because you're the one who knows best what you're going through. I do it mostly on my own.
