Sue21 @wisdomseeker25 On youtube you can find a lot of Eft tapping things perhaps Brad Yates is the most consistent one up to now he covers a lot of emotional stuff.

Sue21 @wisdomseeker25 It can take the "edge" off any possible nervous state you might be in or whatever at that time. Your own words are always the best although you can tap along with others too for as long as you want.
