Hi to all Mylot friend's...I can do this but only during sleep...Lol I am so talkative, it is impossible for me to be Silent for 24 hours.But I have heard that some of them doing fasting by not speaking with anyone around...

Lydia David Yes some cultures require you to remain silent as part of the fast, but else being talkative is perfectly normal! I'm a talkative person too so much so that I sleep talk as well!! Now I'm not sure if that part is normal..
