wncgb1 Ohhhh, yes. Depending on my mood, a lot of music can make me cry. I love the band Nightwish, they write some beautiful and haunting music. "Nemo" and "For the Heart I Once Had" would be two of my favorite 'sad' songs by them.

wncgb1 I would have to agree. Mind you, "classroom" learning is important. But there are some things - IE, "life" - that you can only learn by DOING.

wncgb1 Doctors are pretty expensive and so is most of what they'd prescribe for sleep... (Ironically, most insurance companies will only let you sleep half the time - they'll only pay for 15 days of sleep medicine every month!) ...Though ME giving sleep advice...

wncgb1 I usually hit the assorted energy drinks out there. I hate the taste of most of them, the 5/6 Hour Energy "shots" are pretty good. I really can't RECOMMEND them...they either tend to do nothing for me OR make me feel like my heart is about to explode....
