It feels great to lose weight and no longer being in the obese range. But I'm still not satisfied. Aiming to lose another 6kg. Does anyone feel that way whenever they see weight loss results?

worldwidewadi yes its true that as humans we may a sense of favouritism, the point i'm stressing out is being able to provide the basic needs of every one of them ;)

worldwidewadi Thank you for honest opinion =) Whatever it is, when it comes to arranged marriage, I believe both parties must give their consent to be arranged for marriage. In that way it'll be fair to both parties

worldwidewadi Thank you. Its not really necessary. But by losing another 6kg then I'll be in the optimal range for my BMI.

worldwidewadi a friend of mine recommended me a diet shake. but on top of that i have to maintain discipline in my food intake and also do regular exercise about once or twice a week.

worldwidewadi I'm trying to drop to 60kg if possible. That's the optimum weight for my height and build. When I used to serve to army a few years back I dropped to 55kg. Was kinda skinny back then
