Does iKobo really work?

Hi, newbie question here. Does iKobo really work? We don't have paypal from where I am so am gambling with iKobo at the moment. Have you received your payment from mylot through iKobo?

I didn't believe it at first bout this system but linkbucks works, did you try it? How many earn with this system? Let me know if you are working with this system and if you think is really good.

My 2 and a half y.o. toddler won't talk yet. Anybody experienced this?

I have a toddler turning 3 next year. I love him the way he is, but sometimes I am concern about his speech, or lack of it. Early on, when he was a year and a half old, I was expecting that he would learn to speak at least 2 words...
