In these days I am reading "Practical Thinking" from Edward De Bono. This book help me to realize my own brain process in daily activities. Anyone there who read this book? What is your comment about it?

magicslate i don't think it has any use, that's why people who have some parts within the vicinity of the appendix surgically removed would also have their appendix taken out at the same time, since it does nothing and just puts you at risk for appendicitis. it's...

Right now we are getting our first signs of winter. Snow mixed with a bit of rain...wind gusts up to 60 mph. Back in 1991 we had a terrible ice storm where we were without lights for four days. My daughter was home from college...

smacksman I remember seeing that ice storm on TV here in the UK and remember wishing at the time that you were all well and getting through it ok. Some people were without power for ages. Here we get a bad snow storm once in a while and bad winds can blow down trees...
