wyly1017 yes,most of the time,i use the internet .and also telephon is the nice tool.i just feel that if you and your friends online all the time,then have not so much to chat.just say hi.a little stange.

how much water do you have?

wyly1017 you are right.also you can eat some fruits to get the water when you out. i do not sure how much the big cup,maybe about 200ml.

wyly1017 you can try to drink little by little.as i know,drinking too much at one time is not good for health.
