xapper Well I would rather not take any pills. I think that taking pills would do no help but only make some more damages to your body. So I might consider going to a gym or exercise since that would be a healtier method i can use to lose weight.

xapper I agree with you completely. So many ppl actually does take the word 'sorry' as a complete joke. It seems that ppl dont really understand the true meaning of being sorry.
