how do you deal with bullies?

I've dealt with bullies all my life but luckily, I stopped encountering them when I started high school. I know a lot of people who are still being bothered by them though, and most of them are my friends so it really bothers me....

xiawasai Things like that are always happend . I used so bother bullies when i was in high school .And i enquir to our phycology teacher .He told me that i was so bothered by it is because i felt not safe about it. So you have to sove it .

xiawasai I saw The Shawshank Resemption was about five years ago.Now its still one of my favourite movie.The man like Shawshank won't be captivited by anyone else but himslf.After 20 years prison life,he decided let himself free.That means the really freedom.
