xingyue6 there are some solutions for you: -try to repair it, in the control panel, repair your installed firefox program -reinstall it -upgrade it, maybe you use the old version and some addons don't support it, so it crashed.

xingyue6 this is what i think: -the payment is easier,...you don't need to bring to much money in your hand or bag and walk on the street before you stoled. -the quality of the item is not guarented. so,...just thinking about it.
