I know they say it is very good for your health if you drink 8 glasses of water a day...who does that?! I know I dont..and it seems like a lot. I can drink 8 glasses of soda a day though! So how many of you acutally drink 8...

Im going to start walking soon, but I also want to do more than that. I want to do exercises at home..like crunches and push ups. What do you all do to exercise, at home, at work, the the gym etc. Discuss!
