xuliwei thank you. I think you are right. yesterday i hosted a conference as a small leader for the first time in my life and i felt good. suddenly i recognize that there are still a lot of things to learn for me. i feel better than before now .thank you

xuliwei but my problem is i don't even kown what i want to do ,i don't know what the future will be when i make a choice on the way of my career development. to be a happy and content person is so difficult

xuliwei Are you kidding? You mean you will accept it even though your life is made upside down by over time work as long as you are paid?I would be driven crazy...

xuliwei that would be more human.As a graduate,I think overtime work can help me to learn more quickliy but I oppose if my boss just wants me to work more for him

xuliwei You mean you are willing to do so in any situation?If your boss always let you do overtime work without considerring your feeling or just for him to make more money,you have no words?

xuliwei You are right but if your boss want to do overtime work unreasonablly,you don't really want to do,do you?Maybe to make money is your boss's first priority,so... what do you think about that?
