xunyicao Sorry,i also don't know.In our college haven't opened any electives,so i did not know which electives have, and that is my goal that i stated a discussion. thanks your response.

Is it advantage to drinking milk before go to bed?

I have a habit that drinking milk before go to bed. I heard some say drinking milk before go to bed is not good. I don't know is good or is bad. What do you think of it?

xunyicao I also think drinking milk before going go bed help sleep.I have a little scruples when i heard that. heard your saying ,i believe it has good not bad. I haven't kidney stone. thank you.

xunyicao Thanks ,ghatozkat. but reminds here, I heard doc said in takes medicine in an around hour not to have to drink the milk ,otherwise can reduce the drug efficacy.
