Is it advantage to drinking milk before go to bed?

I have a habit that drinking milk before go to bed. I heard some say drinking milk before go to bed is not good. I don't know is good or is bad. What do you think of it?

AzraelValley Drinking milk before going to bed helps me sleep. where did you here that? I never heard of such a thing, first time to hear that! I do know that if you have a kidney stone it would be bad for you!
