xyrieI07 i actually have a fear of failure and disappoint people who believe in me like my parents , i also have a fear of rejections because of a few bad experiences i had when i was younger

What do you do to relax your brain?

Usually, only my brain's tired of working all day. When I try to close my eyes to relax myself, my brains still keeps working, sorting things out. I cannot sleep sometimes because of this. Does this happen to you? What do you do...

xyrieI07 i close my eyes and let my mind wander. i always do this to relax and it works really well.
